Hey everyone,
Happy new year to you all! We have a quick update today on progress with the short adventure stretch goals.
But First... EU/UK Fulfilment Status
The current status is:
The shipping company provided us proof of delivery of the last items to GamesQuest's EU warehouse on November 22nd.
There was some confusion from GamesQuest about whether these items had indeed arrived, but as of December 21st they concur that they do have the pallet in the warehouse.
We're awaiting further news on fulfilment beginning and will post an update here once we have something to share. (Though we imagine GamesQuest have of course mostly been on holiday since December 21st.)
Short Adventures
Now the fun part. We just sent out an updated short adventures PDF (v0.3), including:
The Sunbathers by Brad Kerr: A 3rd level, ancient Greece themed adventure set on a sun-soaked island inhabited by a sinister cult of Lethe.
Curse of the Maggot God, fully illustrated: Final art has come in from the fantastic Peter Pagano.
As before, you'll receive an email with a download link, but you can also download the PDF directly from BackerKit. Hope you enjoy the new adventure and the art for Curse of the Maggot God!

Hey everyone,
A quick update today on the status with fulfillment and the short adventure stretch goals.
US and Rest-of-World Fulfillment
Our heroic warehouse crew has informed us that all packages have been shipped out!
If you have not received you package or tracking number by the end of the week, then please reach out to us!
There are a handful of you that are missing shirts. We are aware and are having them sent out directly from the shirt printer. Look out for those to ship the first week of the year!

EU and UK Fulfilment
We're still awaiting a response from GamesQuest on what the status is / when shipping will begin. We requested and received proof of delivery from our shipper that the t-shirts arrived on November 22nd at the GamesQuest warehouse. This means all of the stock has been present for almost a month and has STILL not been booked into stock. Despite sending constant emails and requests for more information, we have yet to have a start date. Realistically it's unlikely that fulfillment will begin until the new year now. We're really sorry for the delay here, but rest assured we are hounding GamesQuest for information!

To whet your appetite for The Sunbathers, here's an extract from the introduction:
"The Golden Asclepeion on Fos Imeras Island was once a famous place of healing. Recently, a cult of Lethe, goddess of oblivion, quietly co-opted the temple. They rededicated its purpose to “healing” humankind of its painful burden of memory through monstrous, transformative means. Visitors to the island find themselves unwitting patients, prisoners bound by ignorance and pleasure, incapable of leaving.
The temple is off-limits except for staff and patients. It holds strange horrors but also secrets, treasures, and rewards. PCs will need to tread carefully if they wish to flee this sun-soaked prison."
And here's one of the (unlabelled) maps, showing the island of Fos Imeras on which the adventure is set. The main part of the adventure is the temple of Lethe at the centre of the island.

Fulfilment Progress Update

Hey everyone,
A quick update today on the status with fulfilment.
Black Light Prints
We just wanted to note that the black light prints are being shipped separately to the box sets and books (rolled in tubes). If you ordered a print, you'll receive it separately to the rest of your rewards.
US and Rest-of-World Fulfilment
Is still ongoing and is now about 78% complete. The warehouse has informed us that they underestimated the complexity of this job, hence it taking longer than the initial estimate of a few weeks. They told us that the complexity is due to the number of different product SKUs involved. Their usual procedure is to work in batches of orders that include the same products, allowing the warehouse crew to get on a roll with each batch. With so many different products and variants, though, (e.g. each T-shirt design and size variant is a separate SKU) batching doesn't help much, hence the slow pace.
We're really sorry for the slow pace here! The warehouse team is working as fast as they can (while maintaining their levels of packaging and quality control). We'll keep you all posted with updates as things progress. The end is in sight!
Also just to reiterate a few things:
The order in which rewards are shipped out are grouped by items in the order. It's not based on name, backer number, or location.
We'll post an update here once fulfillment is complete.

A little bit of good news here: the items that were stuck in EU customs were released last week (following much bureaucratic wrangling). We're now awaiting an update from GamesQuest on when shipping will begin. Again we're sorry for the unexpected delay here, and will post an update when we have news and a start date.
Short Adventure: The Jeweler's Sanctum
We're excited to announce that the next of the short adventure stretch goals—The Jeweler's Sanctum by Giuseppe Rotondo—has been sent out to backers! You'll receive an email with a download link, but you can also download the PDF directly from BackerKit.
As mentioned in October, we'll be sending out further adventures as editing, play testing, and layout work on them is complete. We'll also update them once final illustrations are in place.

Hey everyone,
We have a little update on how fulfilment is progressing and some exciting news about the first short adventure stretch goal!
US and Rest-of-World Fulfilment
As announced in the previous update, the US warehouse has started shipping out rewards to US / Rest-of-World backers. Some details on how that's progressing:
The warehouse team informed us that they're a third of the way through. This means they've packed and sent out rewards to more than a third of US / Rest-of-World backers.
Fulfilment usually starts out slower, as the warehouse team gets used to the different items involved in the project, then picks up. So we're hoping fulfilment of the remaining 2/3 of rewards will be quicker, with the majority expected to be sent out this week.
The order in which rewards are shipped out is essentially random. It's not based on name, backer number, or location.
We'll keep you posted with updates as fulfilment progresses, and will post an update once the warehouse informs us that all US / Rest-of-World rewards have been shipped out.

EU and UK Fulfilment
We've received notification that the t-shirts which many backers will be receiving have unfortunately been held up in customs checks coming into the EU. We're working with GamesQuest and UK customs to resolve this, but it means that EU and UK fulfilment are held up until the t-shirts arrive in GamesQuest's warehouses.
We're really sorry for the bad news here! The whims of customs authorities are unfortunately nothing we have any control over. We'll keep you posted when we have further news.

Super exciting news today!
US and Rest-of-World Fulfilment Has Begun
The US warehouse has notified us that they've started shipping out rewards to US / Rest-of-World backers today! Some of you may have already received emails notifying you of the shipment. The complete process may take several weeks, though, so remain calm if you don't see anything today.
EU and UK Fulfilment
We're still awaiting a firm start date from the EU and UK warehouses, but will keep you posted when we hear something.
Free Necromancer Class
In other news, we just released a necromancer class for Old-School Essentials, written by Gavin Norman (creator of OSE). This is a new arcane spell-casting class, along with a complete list of 72 spells. It's only available as a PDF for now, but will appear in print as part of a future OSE supplement.
